NOTICE: DELIVERY OF CHRISTMAS GIFT CARDS
We would like to inform you that from 17th December the courier will no longer be able to guarantee delivery of gift cards by Christmas due to the high volume of orders. If you wish to receive them by 25 December, we recommend that you opt for email delivery or pick up at the restaurant.
Please note that our restaurants will be closed on 24, 25 and 26 December 2024 and from 1 to 7 January 2025. During these dates, delivery, collection and email services will be suspended.

If you have chosen email delivery, the Gift Card will be sent in digital format to the email address provided in the form on the second following working day, excluding Mondays and Tuesdays, if payment is received by 6pm.

If you have chosen to have your purchase picked up at the restaurant, you will be able to pick it up on the first working day following your order, if it has been paid for by 6pm, at the following times

If you have chosen delivery by courier, your purchase will be sent to the address you specify on the third working day following your order, excluding Mondays and Tuesdays, unless we inform you otherwise, and will be delivered in approximately 48/72 hours.

The recipient of the Gift Card can enjoy an exclusive experience in our restaurant by reserving their table in the booking section of the iyo-kaiseki.com/en/booking/ website or by calling  39 02 45476898.

When making a reservation, please inform the staff of the code of the gift card, which can be found on the back of the card, as well as any allergies or intolerances.

Please do not forget to bring the card with you on the day of booking in order to benefit from its value.
